I always find it amazing that people who don't live the nudist lifestyle tend to not understand a guy like me can love his own body appearance and love themselves. The clothed masses seem to think it's law that what the media and movies have told them is true. The reality of billions of people not caring what they look like is to alien to them to understand. The majority of this world does not give one thought to how they look. Nudists are the segment of western culture that tends to not see a so called imperfect body as something to feel bad about. For us, it's part of us and we don't care what we look like, we are simply humans who deserve love from ourselves and others. The other thing the textile world can't seem to get is that people can be nude in a social setting and not have it be sexual in any way. Best way to watch movies if you ask me is in the skin. I was watching a horror film at the time I took this photo. A bit later I had a good cup of coffee and enjoyed some music. I love music and listen to a lot of it. The natural state of being in nude. It's what we where designed to be. Yes, clothing is needed at times, but most of the time in the home, it sure as heck is not. It's a very cold winter day today and it would be folly to be out in it with no clothing on. You would not last long. But I love the summer and long for the days when I was able to go to the nude beach up near Saskatoon or go nude camping.

Living as a nudist in an apartment building that literally has no public nudity in the rental agreement can be a challenge. You can't just answer the door for example. You have to yell through the door that you need a minute to get to them. Then put on clothing quick and go see what they want. I honestly don't often get people at my door than God, but it can happen. Wellness checks: Well in my building we need to put a sign out that says "I'm OK" on the door every morning before 9am, or the person checking bangs on the door and starts yelling, "are you OK in there?" There have been times I've forgotten the dang sign and had the inconvenience of having to yell through the door that I'm fine. I often wonder if she ever thinks why I don't open the door to talk to her face to face. There have been times I wanted to talk to the lady that checks on us. These are times I have to get dressed and wait for her to come down the hall, then I open the doo...

To be honest, there are rather a lot of people of size who prefer to be naked as often as possible. I've done many vlogs in the skin. I'll go many more. Remember folks who watch me on YT - when I have a shirt on, it's literally the only thing I have on - I'm swinging in the wind down below. It's hard to read, but the cup says, "Live With Pride" and I am doing just that. I am proud of who I am and what I am. There is no part of me that I am, or should be, ashamed of. My body, my actions - all of it I'm proud of. Society teaches us to hate our bodies and to only see an unatonable body form as beautiful. With the nudist movement, those who are true nudists, don't see people as shapes, sizes, colors, sexes - they just see a human being. Judgment is left to the actions of people, nothing else. We don't care how much money you have or what you look like, or what your job is. I'm truly grateful to my father for allowing us to be nude in the home as children, and that he was doing the same thing. He gave me the ability to love myself even in a world that looks down on how you look. Just posted a real on Instagram that shows literally my head and my shoulders only. Some people seem to get offended at the simple fact I have no shirt on in the video. Just imagine how repressed you have to be to get upset over someone's bloody shoulders not being covered LOL. Social programming is not always a good thing. In this case, definitely not a good thing at all. We have been taught over the centuries to be ashamed of our natural state. Why? To control people. If you give them all kinds of rules that don't follow the natural state of being a human, you can introduce guilt and then with that tool control people for your own gain. It is amazingly liberating to be nude I find. I have always felt most myself when I have nothing on my body. It's been this way as long as I can remember. Fortunately I grew up in a home where nudity was not a taboo or any kind of issue. It was natural to my Dad, my Brother, and I. We where nude in the home in the evenings most of the time. We would watch TV together nude and it was normal to us. Yes we all realized that society had a problem with it, but for us it was just another day. The only time I briefly had issue with how my body looked was when I was about 13 to 15 - then I was back to accepting who I am and how I looked. I've read other nudists stories and it is not uncommon - although not all life long nudists have this phase. I have known others who where nudists, but in their family it seems, it was not accepted and they had to do it away from the family and sometimes had to hide it. I find this sad as hell. If it's doing a blog post, or putting a jigsaw puzzle together, the best way to do it is to be nude at the computer. The freedom of not having any clothing on is not to be taken lightly. It also is said to have health benefits like less bacteria building up on your skin. To me, it's just the natural state of being. I think it's the most normal way to be as a human. We invented clothing and society used it as a control over people a hell of a long time ago (thousands of years). The false idea that it is some kind of sin or that it is a lack of "modestly" is ridiculous. Clothing is full on a way to make you feel less free as a person and to make you hand over mental control of your own body to those who manipulate the masses for profit and power. You will notice, places that have lost their basic freedoms are also places that force this sense of "morality" on others in order to maintain strict control. Music is the staff of life I tell you. Somehow it's just more enjoyable when you are nude. There is nothing like sitting in my chair nude and cranking up some classic rock. At the moment of this photo I was listening to Black Magic Woman by Santana. I have recently remembered the time they sent someone to look at my fridge. Well by law they need to give you 24 hours notice before they enter unless you let them in. Well, I did not hear the guy knocking as I had my headphones on, and he used his pass key to enter and walked in on me. He got the full Monty when I stood up and said, "what are you doing here"? They have a bad habit of just coming in here when they feel like it and not telling you they are coming at all. Being a nudist, this may lead to some people seeing something they don't really want to see. I find it most comfortable when I have nothin on but my headphones. I've been a nudist the vast majority of my life. Even as a young kid, my Father, my Brother and I would end up watching TV in the evening with not a single piece of clothing on us. Mother was not quite into it. She had this Catholic guilt thing going on, as she was raised Catholic. Although she converted to the United Church when she married my Father, she never lost that sense of self shame. I always found that to be sad, and wished show could have moved past that repressive viewpoint driven into her as a child, and life a lot more freely. But she never did. It was different in the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's I think. People where a hell of a lot more repressed when it came to nudity, and even in their homes, it was not something they tended to do. Just cut off my hair for the summer. Much cooler this way, and for the most part I hate having hair. Laying in bed after a shower and just listening to podcasts. This is the way we where intended to be. Sure there is a need for clothing to protect us from the weather or from the thick woods or so on - not to mention, I don't think I want to weld nude. But for the most part, I am way more happy to be nude than I am with my clothing on. I did however notice a large bruise on my left leg in the top photo so I took a closer photo. It's a darn bad one. Me at the computer. I had the web came taking photos at 30 second intervals. I was doing some fractal art with Mandelbulb 3D and then I got a text, and the text was a scam, "you need to act in the next 60 minutes, withdraw your $3000 or play it." Right, if you click the link you are only asking for trouble. But anyway, just wanted to pop into the blog and say, "every activity is better if you are nude." That being said, it's a bit of a bother being a nudist in an apartment on only the 2nd floor. You can see in my window from the parking lot if you look up. There is not one possibility of them seeing the man bits, but you can see from about my nipples up. I found it interesting that the rental agreement stated no answering the door nude, and to always dress "modestly" in common arias. Got to love your body, no matter what the hell others may think. Feeling shame for your side, shape, deformities, or anything is totally a waste of your time and removes joy from your life. In my teen  years I has a short time where I was self conscious about my body. Thank God it did not last long. I realized no one has a perfect body and to someone you look fabulous, and who cares about others haring how you look. I've been to many nude events in my life and I have to say I've never had an actual nudist be rude, or anything other than welcoming to me. You can tell people who are just getting off on being seen naked, because they have something to say about others bodies. This kind of person needs to feel superior by taring down others. Not Friday, but here is a frontal shot. I have to say if a guy like me can be happy with his body, almost anyone can be. That is in the light of society telling people like me we don't fit the mold. To hell with the mold, I'm beautiful just the way I am. With being raised to be fine with my body, I am lucky. All the males in my childhood home would hang out at night with nothing on. It let to a couple of interesting times when someone came to the door late at night to visit, but that only happened twice. Mom on the other hand was damaged by Catholic guilt and had to be covered at all times. I feel bad for people who where raised to be ashamed of their natural state of being. I some days hate the limitations of living in an apartment. I can't make too much noise or I'll bother other people around me, yet there is always that one person who makes shit piles of noise and does not care. I just can't be that inconsiderate. There is also the thing where people may come to your door at anytime. Others from my floor on occasion come to my door for something or just to talk. Maintenance shows up without a warning as well. There has been the one time where the fellow who fixes the fridges came over and I had not one clue he was coming over. It's about the freedom to be the way the Goddess intended us to me. It's also very much about comfort, not only of the body, but of the soul. When you are comfortable being nude and have no shame left for your nakedness, you are comfortable with you own body image. Being body image positive about yourself frees you from the oppression of society and the so called puritanical. You have to train children to think clothing is the normal way, and that alone should tell you, you are probably wrong. There is always blessed souls who never accept that being clothed is the best way to be. The ones you can never convince being clothed all the time is good for them somehow. Nothing like rendering some 3D fractals, and doing Jigsaw Puzzles in the nude, while listening to some good music. Got to say everything is better when you are nude, I think. It's a shame society is still hung up on this is such a big way. I know people that literally do not think it's OK to enjoy their own home naked. Even if they are alone, they still have clothing on. I don't honestly know how I would feel about this, if I had not been raised to think it's OK to run around the home nude. My father, brother and I often did in the evenings. My mother who was raised very Catholic, on the other hand was never able to free herself from the shame she felt about her body, that was driven into her head by her faith.
